Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records in QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Communicate with clients/vendors regarding financial inquiries
- Adhere to GAAP principles and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
