Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Maintain organized financial records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Learn and implement industry-standard accounting practices
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field)
