Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in internal control testing and compliance documentation
- Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA exam candidates or recent graduates encouraged
