Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Process payroll and expense reports with strict accuracy standards
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Collaborate with tax teams for quarterly filings
- Participate in client meetings to present financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
