Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the monthly close process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with basic tax preparation and compliance reporting under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
