Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Conduct account reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
- Support tax filing processes and maintain compliance documentation
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with GAAP and tax regulations
