Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Contribute to quarterly tax compliance documentation and filings
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks and Sage accounting systems
- Support internal audits and SOX compliance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budget forecasting
- Document financial processes for operational efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with GAAP and FASB accounting standards
- QuickBooks certification or equivalent software experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Florida CPA exam eligibility (preferred)
