Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Support tax preparation and filing processes under CPA supervision
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Participate in client consultations to understand financial needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or part-time experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
