Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Contribute to financial statement preparation under GAAP guidelines
- Process payroll transactions and support tax compliance activities
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Perform internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
