Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform account reconciliations for banking, credit card, and general ledger accounts
- Support accounts payable/receivable workflows and invoice processing
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
