Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports
- Conduct data entry with attention to detail
- Participate in month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent coursework)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
