Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare sales tax filings and regulatory reports
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023 graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/Accounting software
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
