Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements with attention to detail
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Support tax preparation activities and compliance documentation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and journal entry maintenance
- Participate in internal audits and financial controls implementation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for transaction recording
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budget analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software knowledge
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in data handling
