Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Conduct account analysis and variance reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation and compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Document accounting procedures and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
