Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Maintain digital financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support audit preparation by organizing documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (training provided)
