Responsibilities
- Perform accurate bookkeeping and data entry for client accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support audit processes by gathering documentation and answering inquiries
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage expense reports
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for daily operations
- Comply with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

- Valid Nevada driver's license (for occasional client visits)
