Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel) for data entry
- Conduct account reconciliations and identify discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial information to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
