Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients covering investments, retirement, estate planning, and tax strategies
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through strategic networking, referrals, and professional community engagement
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable investment recommendations aligned with client risk tolerance
- Collaborate with internal partners including portfolio managers, tax specialists, and estate attorneys
- Ensure strict compliance with FINRA regulations and maintain all required securities licenses
- Leverage firm's proprietary CRM and digital platforms to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Represent the firm at industry events and participate in continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFP designation strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management
- Active Series 7, 66, and state securities licenses (ability to obtain within 60 days if not current)
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining high-net-worth client relationships ($500k+ AUM)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Arizona residency or willingness to relocate to Scottsdale area
- Unblemished regulatory record and clean FINRA/BrokerCheck report
