Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the company, aligning long-term goals with operational capabilities.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies into core business processes.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to identify new revenue streams.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic data to the board of directors and executive team, articulating the 'why' and 'how' behind major initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor diverse teams across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of the 2026 strategy.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the 'Horizon Lab' initiative, a dedicated R&D division focused on experimental technologies and future-proofing our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterās degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Masterās in Technology Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term strategic visions (5-10 year outlooks).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and SaaS scalability models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale organizational change and building high-performance teams.
