Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate new solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the R&D budget and ensure resource allocation maximizes ROI on future tech investments.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early access to breakthrough technologies.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or digital transformation leadership.
