Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI and emerging technologies, aligning business goals with technological feasibility.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype next-generation autonomous systems.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and assess their viability for integration.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve on breakthrough innovations.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives focused on long-term technological horizons.
- Communicate complex future-tech concepts to stakeholders and board members to drive investment and support.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Information Technology, AI, or Software Engineering.
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
