Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional research and development teams to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into core products.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding for R&D initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with universities and tech incubators to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership, product management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology products.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and emerging tech stacks.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
