Nexus Horizon is at the forefront of innovation, and we need a Director to define the technological roadmap that will shape our industry by 2026. This role requires a unique blend of high-level strategic thinking, deep technical understanding, and the ability to forecast market shifts before they happen.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between executive leadership and technical execution, ensuring our products remain relevant and cutting-edge in a rapidly evolving landscape. You will lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and product leads to build a sustainable future for Nexus Horizon.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning technology with long-term business goals.
- Lead the Future Tech Research division, analyzing emerging trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Develop a comprehensive Technology Roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, including milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward strategic projects.
- Mentor and manage a team of futurists and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Prioritize initiatives based on potential ROI and alignment with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product strategy, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting complex strategies to diverse stakeholders and investors.
