Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, with a specific focus on the 2026 technology landscape.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Define and communicate the long-term technology roadmap to stakeholders and investors.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-proof solutions.
- Mentor senior technical leads and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Assess risks associated with new technologies and establish compliance and security frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, CTO, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
