- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of strategists and technical experts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future tech concepts into actionable business strategies for the executive board.
- Partnerships: Establish alliances with key tech providers and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in IT strategy, with 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on AI or Future Tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI architectures, machine learning, and web3 technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast market shifts and adapt organizational goals accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
