Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, data scientists, and engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
- Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into existing product ecosystems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to ensure competitive advantage in the global market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director role.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and implementing complex technical architectures.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP technologies.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and large-scale engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
