Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI evolution and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead the architectural design for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and investors with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading strategic technical transformations and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety protocols, and responsible AI deployment.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
