Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning R&D with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a high-performance team of architects and engineers specializing in AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the development of proprietary frameworks designed to outpace current industry standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Establish governance models for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the company's futuristic technology stack at global conferences and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Senior Engineering or Technical Leadership roles within top-tier tech organizations.
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning infrastructure, and Quantum Algorithms.
