- Lead the innovation lab, piloting experimental projects in AI, automation, and next-gen user experiences.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders, board members, and investors with clarity and impact.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-proof technologies into our core offerings.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists, strategists, and data analysts to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven experience in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends and disruptive technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business intelligence.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-suite leadership.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale transformation projects.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- A degree in Business Administration, MBA, or a related technical field is preferred.
