Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts up to 2026.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business workflows.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to scalable, cloud-native architectures that support future growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of technical leaders and engineers.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all future-forward initiatives adhere to data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or executive management role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning and implementing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years out).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Cybersecurity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
