- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 AI and Future of Work strategy aligned with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning tools to streamline operations and enhance employee productivity.
- Leadership: Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability.
- Ethical Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks for AI usage to ensure transparency and fairness.
- Change Management: Drive organizational transformation by identifying skill gaps and implementing upskilling programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI implementation, or digital transformation leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), automation technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage diverse teams.
