Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI products leading up to the 2026 launch cycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics, and responsible AI usage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging technologies that will define 2026.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI projects and teams (5+ years management experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and scalable systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
