Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Nexus Horizon's AI initiatives, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the year 2026.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Edge Computing for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into scalable product features.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems and data usage.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or emerging tech.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
