Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems designed to handle the demands of the next generation of AI and IoT integration.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructures (e.g., Quantum-ready cloud environments).
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies (Web3, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their integration potential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and their deployment at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
