Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D with long-term business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, AI, Biotech) that will disrupt the market by 2026.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of futuristic solutions into current infrastructure.
- Predict market trends and adjust strategic initiatives to maintain a competitive edge leading up to the 2026 horizon.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward projects.

Qualifications
