Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate futuristic solutions into core products.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists focused on long-term innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
