Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision for Nexus Innovations, specifically focusing on the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Advanced Robotics).
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and practical engineering execution.
- Identify and assess emerging market trends to pivot product strategies proactively.
- Recruit and mentor top-tier talent in futuristic technology disciplines.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Technology, Engineering, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of future tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts 3-5 years out.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex 2026 visions into actionable roadmaps.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
