Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and FLSA laws.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis for management.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from staff and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in year-end tax filings and W-2 generation processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing (ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian experience required).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
