Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes and report financial metrics to leadership
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting
