Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Manage weekend financial reporting and weekend-specific transaction processing
- Coordinate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial operations continuity
- Analyze financial data using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
- Prepare weekend audit schedules and compliance documentation
- Lead weekend financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain weekend-specific financial controls and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with weekend shift accounting operations
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance understanding
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-5pm) mandatory
- Excellent cross-shift communication skills
