Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour payment turnaround
- Generate financial statements and month-end reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement QuickBooks software solutions for clients
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with CPA firms during tax season
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Expertise in Xero and Sage 50 software
- Familiarity with Oregon state tax regulations
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven track record with daily payment systems
