Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and profit/loss reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Assist with audits and financial analysis for clients
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with multiple clients
