Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end closes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance documents
- Process daily transactions with same-day payment verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Provide daily payment reconciliation reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
