Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for client review
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures

- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid NC accounting license preferred
