Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to evaluate creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and loan recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Present findings to senior management and credit committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Moody's Analytics)
- Expertise in interpreting financial statements and credit reports
- FCRA/FDCPA compliance knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
