Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential repayment issues
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Develop accurate risk ratings and maintain credit documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Credit certification (CRCM/CCE preferred)
- Deep understanding of cash flow analysis and debt service coverage
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
