Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committees
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies
- Utilize advanced financial modeling tools for cash flow projections
- Present complex credit analyses to senior leadership clearly and concisely
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and credit software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- CFRM or CFA designation preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Hawaii's real estate and tourism sectors beneficial
