Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of borrower profiles, including income verification and debt-to-income ratios.
- Assess and mitigate credit risk by reviewing loan applications and credit reports.
- Develop and maintain detailed credit files and loan documentation in our ERP system.
- Prepare accurate credit memos and recommendations for underwriting approval or denial.
- Monitor existing accounts for signs of financial distress or covenant breaches.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to structure loan terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit analysis or financial lending.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with credit scoring models and risk assessment software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
