Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports for loan committees
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure commercial credit solutions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning indicators
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance (FIRREA, BSA, etc.)
- Present findings to senior leadership using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and market conditions
- Detail-oriented with exceptional written/verbal communication
- Willingness to obtain CRCM certification within first year
- Valid NC driver's license (required for client site visits)
