Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience

- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial statements and ratios
- Certification (CRCM, CFA, or similar) preferred
